Why no anthrax terrorist - even with all these nifty illegal methods?

It always kills me when they say we did not have another terrorist attack since we did and it killed people. If they've been doing this surveillance for five years - how effective can it be since they STILL do not have Osama or the Anthrax terrorist?

only Timothy McVeigh and Terry Nichols in the OKC bombing. Seems like they give up a too easily unless it's some middle class person who owes taxes.

if there's any doubt as to the government's role in 9/11, there is no doubt (in my mind) that they had a direct role in the anthrax attacks.
