I assume Im not telling you anything you dont know, but the speech on the mp3 has been made to not only be i perfect time with the guy's mouth movement in the loop, but to do it over and over again so that it almost looks likt the short loop is in fact a full length video clip.

Must of taken many many attempts to get the cadence of that long speech perfectly synchronised - although I did detect maybe one or two places where the speech was cut to bring it back into sync.

In any case, brilliant!
