2. The narrow Libby charge makes him a hero IF it leads to charges

on the principle accusation, the outing itself.

Giving Libby hard time may be warranted by the charges, but it does little, in and of itself, to address the abuses of power, the lying, and the cover-up surrounding the outing of Joe Wilson's wife, if it doesn't get to the lies that led to war, and to the efforts to silence Joe Wilson in his role as whistleblower on Bush's lies.

Then, we need to take a hard look at this investigation.
After all of this, only Libby - and no one for the actual crime??

Rove would have been indicted ten times over. Getting indictment is as easy as one rabbit finding another rabbit interested in sex.

The only difference when Fitz does it, there's going to be a conviction.
