Class warfare: The rich win...
Every time an opinion voicing the unfairness of the tax cuts appears, the administration and the Right shout it down as class warfare. But its apparent that America's rich are not only keeping their money, but forcing a quick end to Social Security...which they contribute little to (in percent).

Without the taxes paid by the wealthy, the government borrows, but also spends the Social Security surplus. The rich keep their money, while the middle class workers get taxed excessively by paying income taxes and social security taxes to support the government. If its class warfare, the rich have won the war. The lower and middle classes are picking up the tab, while the rich get all the benefits. The military spends a lot more to protect corporations than it spends to protect my community.

Just my opinion...

2. It's gonna get ugly -- very ugly.
There will not be walls high enough & gates strong enough to protect the rich when the poor finally say "Enough!"

3. Class Warfare... is What's Really Going On...
and the use of claiming "Class Warfare" is being used by the Left is but a means to (a) make it appear the Left is playing unfairly on people's emotions, and (b) to setup a Frame in which "Class Warfare" is beyond consideration (as in obviously, anyone who resorts to claims of Class Warfare must be crazy, paranoid, etc--despite the fact that it's plainly evident).

4. I'm waiting for a Democrat to declare him/herself a populist candidate . .
willing to explicitly take on the corporations and monied interests who essentially own the Congress, the media, and most everything else . . . in this day and age, I believe that populism would be well-received by an electorate sick of reading about CEO salaries and buyouts larger than the GNP of a small nation . . .

6. But how do you get the rich to pay more?
If you raise taxes on the rich, they have tax attorney's who can hide income in ways that it'll never be taxed. I don't believe anyone is going to close any loopholes anytime soon, and even if they did the rich would find a way to skirt around them (where there's a will there's a way, you know).

You know, I've seen mentioned here of the low approval ratings (29%), but we fail to recognize that much of that 29% (IMO) are a lot of the 10% richest who have 90% of the money (I don't know these numbers to be perfectly accurate, but you understand the point, I hope.). He who has the gold makes the rules, I know that.

And right now there are so many people who view themselves as middle-class, and they aren't interested in storming the Bastille or there would be millions and millions in the streets protesting on a daily basis, I'm convinced you couldn't keep them from doing so.

So how are the rich made to pay more? I don't know. I don't think there's a way short of having the government confiscate all private property from the citizens and to nationalize all industry.
