I've been thinking about Hillary's fundraiser with Murdoch.

The right wingers are trying to fund her because they believe that only Hillary has negatives high enough to allow the race to be close enough for Diebold to cheat credibly. But every dollar she takes out of a right wingers pocket is a dollar that won't be spent on a "Swift Boat Liars for Jesus" campaign.

My fantasy would be for Senator Clinton to raise millions from right wing sources for the 2008 campaign, then she could drop out the day before the Iowa caucuses and put the leftover money into her future Senate campaigns.

1. Murdoch is up to something. That's for sure.

What is good for Hillary, is that she is getting some attention for herself.

But it won't matter, she won't make it past the primaries.

2. this could be farfetched, but....

I am seeing this a little differently. That maybe Murdoch is scared abt * admin. tactics himself, and would back any democrat who represents normality. Fox network represents and backs powerful rightwing interests, agreed. But everything doesn't have to be a conspiracy. In this case, he could genuinely prefer Clinton, or any normal democrat. The democrats are mostly repub lite anyway, and maybe they'd take repub lite over fascism with a smiley tacked on top.
