Lack of warrant proves NSA domestic spy program illegal.
According to the USA Today story re: NSA's surrveillance of US citizens' phone calls, one company, Qwest, refused to cooperate with the NSA without a warrant. Apparently, the NSA and Qwest were in negotiations for a period of time over this issue. If, as the NSA asserts, the spy program is legal, why did they not, during this long period of negotiation, secure the warrants Qwest requested? Because, they couldn't get them. Because the program IS NOT LEGAL!

1. Exactly if it was legal they would have compelled Quest...
but they didn't because it wasn't. I can't wait to see the fur fly and I hope these 3 companies go out of business.

2. Someone was just on MSNBC from the Heritage Foundation who
said basicly the same thing. The program is ILLEGAL! The phone companies violated Section 222 of the Communications Act.

7. Same method the Nazis used to take over Germany in the '30's?
Today the Nazi Party is outlawed in Deutchland.
Remember the McCarthy hearings, branding U.S. citizens for just having known or associated with "Communitsts"? The U.S. has a checkered past, from the war to protect slavery, to the fabrication of INCEDENTS with Mexico, Korea, Vietnam, Grenada, Nicaragua, Guatamala, Angola, Libia, Iraq, Iran to recall a few.
Can I get a Canadian passport for travel abroad, because mine is an invitation to abuse?
