6. And how do we know they're not recording contents of every call.
First, they lied and said no American citizens were being wiretapped.
Then they said only a few citizens with ties to Al-Queda were being wiretapped.
Then, the whole thing became the propagandistic "terrorist surveillance program."
Now, they say no contents have been recorded.
How long before it's exposed that they're lying about this, too? I give it two days.

12. how do we know they are not stored until convenient
then they are pulled out when needed and used, how many times have we seen private comments
made on blackberries or anonymous postings on the internet turn into something that someone
was penalized for.

17. We should DEMAND that all the data be destroyed TODAY!
Never mind arguments over the legalities and such, destroy the data, then go after the lawbreakers and spies that are destroying American privacy and making this a police terrorist state.

11. Of course it is an invasion of privacy
The government has no business finding out who I talked to on the phone. I don't care if I talk to family, clients, my congressman, or bin Laden himself, it is not George Bushes business as long as I do not break any laws because I am an American citizen.

Whatever happened to the GOP that believed in small government? Now all we've got is a GOP that believes in small-minded government.

Ratbastard mooks in the WH are undoubtedly working feverishly to screw us without a kiss as much as they can by November, cuz they know the party's over then.

Never Forget: George W. Bush willfully violated National Security to cover-up his willful launch of a war of aggression and illegal occupation of Iraq.
