At 31% his lowest approval rating is above Nixon, Carter and Dad.
But his DISAPPROVAL rating is at 65%! Only Nixon had a higher disapproval number at 66%. Neither Carter nor Poppy went above 60%.
This is the real story. The guy that Tweety said "everyone seems to like" is really disliked!
