1. how does CSPAN have ABC video in the first place?

if it was removed, it was probably at the request of ABC, through CSPAN.

2. C-Span claimed some copyright law and YouTube pulled it..

other places still have the video though.

3. I can understand them pulling the video that c-span recorded but this was

ABC News that C-span had them remove.
