A Way to approach Hayden and his NSA wiretapping...
Most of us are concerned about the invasion of civil liberties, but I think Right Wingers ought to be concerned too!

I suggest that the Senate probe Hayden and his wire tapping from both left and right:

Q: Would/could NSA wiretaps be aware of NRA activities? Would/could that be of interest to the FBI?

Q: Would/could NSA wiretaps be aware of protest organizations? Would/could that include "right to life" organizations? religious organizations?

Q: Would/could NSA wiretaps be aware of Americans contacting pharmacies in foreign countries? including Canada?

I'm sure that questioning along this line might demonstrate the extent to which our society is exposed.

1. What about the $$FINANCIAL$$ Side of NSA Wiretapping??
Q. Would NSA wiretaps include corporate financial information and other inside, proprietary corporate information?

Q. If so, and given the extraordinary financial value of this data (more than all the gold in Fort Knox), what security measures are taken to monitor, control and audit access to this data and prevent its misappropriation?

Q. Does SEC monitor financial trades of people who have access to this information (as they do with corporate insiders, etc.) for signs of insider trading?

Anyone with even a fraction of the information the NSA has been gathering could make a killing on the stock market.
They could also ensure the success of some companies and the failure of others by divulging the information selectively.

2. I hadn't thought about that...
Bushco* would certainly want to be aware of financial information.

Well done!

3. Enron Would Be Pocket Change By Comparison to What They Could Do…
…with ALL of the inside dope on ALL of the corporations in America (and many outside).
