Recently it has been found out that even more detainees were "ghost detainees". The fact that Rumsfeld has not been charged speaks volumes. If Congress wishes to garner any respect they should move forward with Impeachment Declaration of Rumsfeld.

The US, Govt., Congress, and the Justice Dept no longer abide by the Geneva Convention or the Constitution of the USA.

NBC Nighly News that is, put the Patrick Kennedy not-caught-drunk-driving story before the Porter Goss surprise-resignation story.

ABC at least got the appropriate order, but their Kennedy segment seemed unduly long. They didn't give anywhere near this amount of time for Bill Janklow, the reckless governor of South Dakota who killed the motorcyclist.

NBC is often a cut below the other two, who without Rather and Jennings anchoring, are finding it easier to slide their way down and to the right.
