7. One thing I wonder about Rush's

current situation is why he wasn't charged with intent to distribute. He procured (or his housekeeper did for him) more than 11,000 Oxycontin pills in a four month period. If you or I or any other regular person got busted with that quantity of, we'd be accused of dealing as well as possession.

But not Rush. Yet his defenders are moaning about how the poor boy is being persecuted because he's famous.
