NEW Grand Theft Election Ohio: "Nixonians XI: Rove in Hell"
The one you have been waiting for...but maybe not exactly the story you were expecting? That is because the hero of "Nixonians" is Karl Rove, so his fall from grace has to be done in heroic form.

Why did Karl Rove, boy genius, repeat the mistakes of the Nixon administration? Was it pure hubris? Was he trying to outdo his idol, Tricky Dick? Why did he keep going back to the Grand Jury (aka "Hell") time after time when sane people know that it is insane to open your mouth in front of a federal prosecutor unless you are saying "I plead the fifth"?

Imagine that Karl Rove, the hero of his own life epic has seen himself as FATED to appear before a grand jury. This is the trial by fire which will test his worth. So far, he has astounded his critics and impressed his allies by emerging unscathed. Rumor has it that this time he wont be so lucky. This time Fitz is going to throw an indictment his way. How will Karl Rove respond? He won't throw down his sword, we know that. He definitely won't throw himself on his sword.

Get out the popcorn. The fun is just beginning.
