KO: Schuster said Libby got "Target Letter" the morning of his indictment
- the very same day it was handed up. So Libby had (almost) no notice that he was the official "target" of the investigation (meaning indictment would likely follow)until that very day.

By the same logic, perhaps Rove will not recieve his Target Letter (assuming he has not yet gotten it) until the day of his indictment. The GJ meets again tomorrow. Fitz is in town.

3. Hmmm, maybe that explains Bob Woodward the night before...
when he was on Larry King and stated forthright that there would be NO indictments. He probably knew nobody had received a target letter and assumed ......
