People Are Getting Fed Up!

I've had two conversations today with women that agreed with me that this country was going to hell in a handbasket. One was at the Credit Union, where I was getting some information for our refinanacing. I'd mentioned to the loan officer that we'd been in Chapter 13, and she was asking me about it. Her sister has struggled with cancer for four years (she's in remission now, thank the Gods) but it's wiped out her and her husband, even with his job and health insurance.

The other woman was much funnier. I was getting a nerve damage test done on my hand, because I'm starting to get carpal tunnel syndrome. (Too much posting to DU, no doubt...) A nerve damage test is NOT something that you want to take off work to do on a warm, sunny afternoon. Basically, they shock your hand and arm multiple times to measure your nerve reactions. It hurt like HELL. I was joking with the technician that she should go down to Gitmo and do that test on the prisoners there. She replied that she'd rather go to the White House and give the test to *, so she can find out when the soldiers are coming home. I told her about the sign I'd seen in San Francisco about "Will someone give * a blowjob so we can impeach him?" She thought it was great. But she still kept shocking me. :(

People have seen what republicans bring with them and they arent included . If youre rich or corporate heads, repukes are awesome.

If youre not Repukes just plain suck.

Thats why the repub revolution is now toast.

The spin they used to hide these things has been exposed .
In other words the stuff they hid showed it ugly face in these past 6 yrs and no amount of damage control can change that.

5. Even people in his own party are jumping ship

You hear just about everyone on the street talking about how Bush has screwed up this country. If so many people think he has messed up this place, why did they vote for him again? I didn't, and have the feeling that anyone who did isn't going to readily admit it at this point in time.
