1. This must be part of their last throes offensive
Our glorious military leader is bringing democracy to the middle east and this mayhem will soon come to an end. Just ask any "conservative," they will explain it to you.

2. Kind of funny interpretation of "peace" and "democracy"
don't you think?

I guess if you are dead you may be pretty peaceful.

3. We will be driving
through your town next month on our way to my in laws in North Kansas. We've had many great times in KC. I took my wife to a Royals game to celebrate an anniversary a long time ago. So romantic.

4. You think a Royals Game is Romantic?
Please. Your poor wife.

This time try a really nice restaurant - we have lots of them here. Go down to the Plaza and walk around.

The Royals are losing worse now than they were last year. Don't go there.

5. When we went to the game
The Royals had a kid named George Brett at third. It was a long, long time ago. My wife enjoys a game about once a year. She's a good "sport."

6. Geroge Brett still lives here.
He was a big hometown hero. He owns part of the team or something - or works in the main office, I think.
