2. OKAY now for my picks
Tampa Bay - Atlanta looks anemic lately
Cincinnati - Gotta love them Bungals
Dallas - Can Parcells really lose three in a row?
New Orleans - going out on a limb here
Jacksonville - Houston's blind squirrel has already gotten its nut
Washington - Giants have too many injuries
Pittsburgh - Duh!
San Diego - Playing for their playoff lives
St Louis - :eyes:
Tennessee - Better than Miami
Philadelphia - Arizona just plain sucks
Seattle - My upset special (Seahawks playing for home field advantage)
Denver - Mile high home field advantage
Chicago - Favre will throw a record number of receptions...to the other team
Baltimore - Stick a fork in the Vikings, they're done
New England - Better luck next year, Jets

4. Here's mine
Tampa Bay (Both teams have struggled, I'll give Tampa the edge at home)
Cincinnati (duh)
Carolina (Tempting to pick Dallas, but Carolina is the overall better team)
New Orleans (This week's suck bowl)
Jacksonville (This game will probably be very close, Jax has a way of doing that)
NY Giants (Tiki is unstoppable right now)
Pittsburgh (another duh)
San Diego (Indy win will light that fire under their butts)
St. Louis (SF will make a game of it, though)
Miami (hunch)
Arizona (another hunch)
Seattle (I agree with ya, KW - the Seahawks are still playing for something, the Colts are not)
Denver (third duh)
Chicago (I wish GB could win and help out the Vikes, but I just don't see it)
Minnesota (I think after their egg against Pitt they'll come out strong against Balt)

10. You have to know how they work.
They will win just enough to get your hopes up, then turn around and dash those hopes to the ground.

My gut feeling is that they will be on the cusp of making the playoffs for the Chicago game, then will either lose that game or some other set of circumstances will eliminate them from the playoffs.

Regardless, even if they did make the playoffs this year, they wouldn't do squat. One-and-done, for sure.

18. Yeah, I did.
He had a great point about the replay, though. Home field advantage is called that for a reason. I was always annoyed when I attended games that they NEVER showed a replay of a controversial call, even if overturning it would be good for the Vikes. Dumb, dumb, dumb.

14. My Picks
Saturday games

Atlanta @ Tampa Bay - At home, and Vick still can't throw the ball like a QB.
Buffalo @ Cincinnati - 40 points, easily.
Dallas @ Carolina - Carolina won't be slack again the rest of the year, and they have Dallas' number.
Detroit @ New Orleans - In their second home game of the year, the Saints do it (and maybe THIS will get Millen fired)
Jacksonville @ Houston - You have to set up the Bush bowl...
NYGiants @ Washington - My upset special of the week. If they play like last week, they make the NFC East very interesting.
Pittsburgh @ Cleveland - Cleveland cannot stop Pittsburgh right now
San Diego @ Kansas City - San Diego is spent, KC is at home, if this were in SD, it would be different...
San Francisco @ St Louis - See Jax-Hou game above...
Tennessee @ Miami - Why do they always play well after they have no playoff shot?
Philadelphia @ Arizona - Another squeaker, but Philly is still good enough to beat these guys too.
Indianapolis @ Seattle - With something to prove, Indy crushes the Hawks
Oakland @ Denver - I now officially hate Oakland, I can never pick them right.

Sunday Games

Chicago @ Green Bay - Fool me twice, shame on me. No Pack win again this year.
Minnesota @ Baltimore - The Ravens will always have their Monday Night game...

MNF

New England @ NYJets - Does anyone hear a freight train coming?
