As you may have noticed, I am reading a book about the 20th century history of single women. And I found this website/blog earlier. Funny stuff. Love the retro graphics. They suit my own sensibility perfectly.

2. OK, I don't get this one

She is obviously in no position to ride that scooter, and from the look on her face and the angle of her gaze, her companion has just been Raptured. I suppose this is the first time she's seen him naked, which would account for the glee and the positioning of the legs.

I suppose the yellow Daisy Dukes and the FM shoes disqualified her from the Rapture, something she will undoubtedly figure out eventually.
