is anyone else disturbed by the plethora of "protective" fathers on television
protective of teenage daughters sexuality?

ex: the T-mobile top 5 add.

Yet, not a single add that promotes teaching a boy to be respectful of a teenage girl.

I dont watch TV much, but i have been noticing this lately.

1. I haven't seen what you're referring to, but this is one thing about men that has always pissed me
off.

They're out for any free p***y they can get, and they want their sons to be too, but if ANY MAN dare treat their sister/mother/daughter that way, they get all riled up.

2. It seems to be a different story when it's woman they know
or are related too. He'd be after someone who raped his wife/daughter/sister but any other woman probably just asked for it by her clothes/dancing etc.

As for the OP, girls must be responsible sexually but "boys will be boys" and are not required to be responsible.

3. or boys are threatened by men, to protect the innocence of their women
its the ownership of women and their bodies that irks me more.

4. Not only that
But it's evidently a "boys will be boys" attitude when It comes to OTHER peoples daughters. No, there isn't respect.
