I had no idea you were here
So, tomorrow will be day eight for me of thirty days of no grains, no dairy. Except for a bit of butter which I mix olive oil and butter for sauteeing some of my veggies and a wee, and I do mean we bit of chocolate that has some milk solids.

No processed anything, except for the chocolate.

No limits on the amount of meats I eat. Plenty of fish and grass fed beef. I will eat susage IF it has no nitrates or nitrites.

Not much fruit. I had a banana tonight and found it was way too sweet, but satisfying.

The best thing I've found for breakfast is when I sautee some onion, red bell pepper, and shredded kale leaves, then lay two lovely, home grown poached eggs on top of it. That is some fine eating.

I've lost several pounds, but weight is secondary to the health I'm looking for. I need to know if there are any ill affects from grain and dairy One condition I've had for years was gone within three days. So, I'll see where this goes and I'll see ya around.


Oh, and I got complete blood workup done before I changed my eating. I'll get another blood work panel done in a month.
