Does anyone here use Shiritaki Noodles to help on Hungry days
http://www.house-foods.com/tofushirataki_faq.html

I've recently become a big fan of the 40 calorie bag o noodles. They really smell bad when you open the bag but after rinsing, a short bath in some water/rice vinegar and some more rinsing they really are a great noodle alternative.

I'd love to know if anyone else is using them and if you have any tips. I like them in chicken broth with a bit of green onion.

Half a bag (20) calories is a great filler for those Hungry times in the afternoon.

I'm able to get them now in a few local grocers near the tofu.
