Finally, on the road to betterville!
As so many of you know by my other threads I've had a bit of a rough time lately. I've been doing my best to eat properly and drink lots of water. I've worked at taking my vitamin supplements and protein shakes daily. It's paid off! I saw the Dr yesterday (friday)after having lab work done and all of my blood work came back in the 'normal' range. The only thing that is a tad low is my hemoglobin so he's got me on prescription iron. I can't tell you how pleased I am to be feeling well and to have energy again. I put in a full week at work this week and I'm NOT exhausted. Keeping ourselves hydrated is so important. Eating right, not just nibbling to lose weight is paramount to good health.

Thanks to all of you for your private emails, messages and IM's of support.

I feel good !

:grouphug:

how are you all doing?

1. Oh, I'm so happy for you!!!
It's wonderful to see that you're able to work again and that you're finally back to feeling like you should. I know it's been a rough time for you for the past few months. Things with me could certainly be better right now, and I'll post about it as soon as I'm done with this, but nothing's going on with me that can't be overcome with rest.

Speaking of hydration, I'm finally wizing up and getting the hell away from diet soda. We installed a filter on our kitchen faucet that actually renders our water drinkable. I wouldn't be able to stand it otherwise. We're also fond of many of the different flavors of Celestial Seasonings tea, and they taste good enough that they're fine without any kind of sweetener at all.

Keep up the good work! :yourock:
