4. it is a medical weight loss management diet through US BARIATRICS.
(i am getting close to braking the mark where i've always gotten stuck for the past several years. i hope i can...perhaps then i can really lose more weight and keep it off!)-- although i understand that exercise is also a big part of weight loss and weight off ... and i am usually a squatter, that is to say, i like to sit down (and not move around) quite a lot!!!!!

5. secret to success?
so far it has been (1) really sticking to the diet, (2) getting up from the chair and getting out to walk around the block, and (3) i think those hypnosis sessions i had earlier on on the program are somehow working.

6. hi lavenderdiva.
secrets to my dieting? Sticking to my diet. It consists of 3 meal-supplements a day which i buy through US BARIATRIS (usually for me 2 protein bars and one of their oatmeal breakfasts), 2 cups of low fat milk (i do also eat cheese with 1 slice of bread, 3 oz. protein, and a salad.

i also (on their support and encouragement) force myself to get up from the sofa and go out and walk. (their goal is to have me walk 10,000 steps daily. i am lucky when i get up to 6,000 and extra lucky if i hit 7,000.

weekly monitoring and weigh ins ... and lots of support so i won't fall off the track. also, earlier on i was placed under hypnosis three times (to help me keep focused on the goal of losing weight and dieting. i think it is working).

i also have to say that i love the flower pot and the flower bud which turns into a flower in your posts. yesterday i had the temerity of copying it and placing it on a post but then i quickly edited it out since i had not asked your permission and i did not know how you might have felt about my using your flower/flower pot, or whether you would have given me permission to use it).
