This months weight goal
Currently 174. This month I will lose 5 lbs and get under 170.

Anyone else?

1. I'm 198 right now,
and I hope to get to 189 by the end of June.

2. I don't usually lose very quickly
so I think I'll be conservative and set my goal at 194, which would be about a five-pound loss.

Thanks for starting the thread!

My goal is also to exercise regularly.

between saying 5 pounds.

Or just maintaining the 28 I've lost. And trying for more weight loss next month.

I lost 23 pounds in the hospital -- over 18 days. I had a drug reaction that caused pancreatitis. Lost another 6 pounds in the 5 weeks I've been home.

But the losses have been slowing. I am eating about 1600-1800 calories a day.

I am not really able to exercise yet.

Anyone have experience with losing weight very fast and kepeing it off.

BTW my goal is to lose another 20. I figure I am on a roll, and my diet is severly restriced -- and not by choice -- so I may as well take advantage.
