Just checking in
Hey gang - I know I've been pretty mum around here lately. I just wanted to check in and let everyone know that I'm doing okay. Things haven't worked out exactly as I have wanted them to what with school and such, but they have worked out. Just trying to take things a day at a time. Hope everyone else is doing well :pals:

1. Hi Varkam!
It's good to see you here.

I'm glad things at school did work out.
:)

I'm unemployed at the moment.
School ended yesterday and there is no
Summer School whatsoever for Home Teachers
or anyone else for that matter, this summer.

So- I'm going to see what's out there.
I know it's late, but my teaching keep me busy till
the very end.

Other than that, I'm OK.

4. That's right.
I think us trying to put our hands on the way things are going to go is an exercise of futility. Best to stop worrying and learn to love the bomb, as it were. :pals:

How you were getting on.

You make a good point: Sufficient unto the day, etc. Anyway, just being able to live in the present, and endure depressing thoughts until they pass, whenever they come along, is a great gift I'm sure we all have to strive for at times.
