AZDemDist6, I am so sorry
I still drink, however not as much. I get my buzz on and go from there. I feel bad, do not want to be this way. To quit completely, I know at this stage will be dire. I am slowing down. Little by little, to where there is not much that I drink anymore. My eye's are clearer in the morning and so is my mind.

I drank tonight, not as much as I would. It is getting less and less. I know that they say cold turkey, however I worry about my organs adjusting to that sudden halt. I have knowledege that the sudden halt is much more harmful to the body than going cold.

Weaning myself, as they say. Every day is less and less. I will make it, I know this for sure.

Thank you for your support.
