Does anybody have...
Harvard Library access? "Women Talking Nonsense" ,
among some others, by Jeremiah Wright could prove
to be a hell of a sermon to hear right about now. ;)

Link: http://www.hds.harvard.edu/library/bms/bms00616.html

Curious as to whether Wright is as controversial in
his views about womens' place in society as he is about
other topics. If he preaches sexism on top of it all...
and his remarks already about the Clintons...there might
be something else in this speech.

1. Jane, I wished you had access to nexus-lexus
Because there is a court case I wanted to look up. However, I don't have it in my home, it's very expensive. And, we don't have a Law Library here in my town.

2. Me too!
'Cause I would be dangerous
then. ;)

I have researched some law cases
but they were based on NC Workers
Comp laws, which are seriously
skewed in favor of the Company.

If you know the case, the state
it was tried in and if it set any
precedents, you may still find it
referenced on the web with a little
digging. All precedent setting cases
are referenced and many are downloadable
from the Supreme Court's site and associated
links. Many State precedent cases can be
found with some hard digging. A lot of
times I have found what I was looking for
by clicking through many times from legal
link to internal links, etc.

If you want to pm me the case and info,
I will do what I can to help.

3. Jane, the thing about it is there are so many road blocks
And they wont release anything about the case. What I mean is the DOJ wont release anything. I guess once the new president is in office all this will be accessible.

4. I understand.
I have dealt with the DOJ.
Got my own feebie file.
Janet Reno gave me my right
to vote back early.
They are not easy to deal with
by any means when a repuke is
in control, especially the one
in office now.

Hope Cheney didn't shred it. :o
