1. Day 29 for me
I had a dream last night that I started smoking again. I guess old habits die hard. Thing is I haven't really had a rough go of it since the first week so I don't know where the dream came from.

2. I think smoking dreams are a phase of quitting. I've had them
before when I've stopped for a time.

I can tell I need to be careful this weekend. It was kind of easy the last few days but now I'm watching people smoke and sizing them up as to whether or not they would share one out and I just need to avoid any opportunity.

8. I had them too, they eventually fade
I remember the feeling of disappointment I had in the dream that I started again and that helped sometimes when I wanted a cig in real life

4. It gets easier, believe me.
It's been 10 weeks for me now. Still no alcohol, but I'm drinking coffee in the AM without wanting a cig. Drinking unsweetened ice cold green tea whenever I get a craving has been a successful strategy for me. Good Luck!

6. Yeah I did, thanks!

I'm getting to a good place with it, I think. I'm being religious about swimming and I think that's good reinforcement. Late Sunday I took some videos back to the store and they were practically handing out cigarettes and I just scooted on without really getting tangled up in it.

Thanks for the support! And congratulations to you too!
