Got my hybrid tuned up and back from the shop
and today was a perfect day for a test drive. I got in a quick 12 miles before work.

I can't tell you how good it felt to get out of the basement.

2. Yes
I have gear for colder weather but my asthma bothers me in the cold and I've been having some circulation issues and my fingers and toes, especially one that I think I got frostbite on last year, turn a waxy white and I get a really bad nerve pain in my own toe. (And, yes, I'm going to discuss it with my doctor as it got much worse this past winter.)

My riding temp limit used to be about 32 degrees, but I've had to move it up to 45 or 50 unless it's a really quick spin. As much as I hate riding in the basement (I was doing about 50 miles a week.), it beat the problems I was having outside.

BUT, spring is here so no worries!!!
