I cracked a rib just below my coller bone.. need some feedback on how to
deal with this..

I have always just waited it out when i did this, or some else did this to me..

it isnt broken.. i did hear a crunch... when should i begin to get some reduction in pain in the natural healing process..

i have to work very hard and i am not going to get an slack cut for this..

1. See a Doctor
No one here can diagnose you or give medical advice - even if we had radiographical studies of your injury and a detailed medical history, which we don't. Don't take chances; see someone qualified to give advice: a medical doctor.
