I'm the one who initially mentioned this book to Tom.

Posting about this in lyme forums would be a terrible idea at this point. some years ago doctor mc.s was involved in seriously harassing and threatening activists who were looking into his activities...including sending death threats to activists, and, according to some, attempting to have them k i l l e d. Here is what is public on his nefarious deeds, and why it is dangerous to publicly criticize him, etc. He had been posting under pseudonyms

Mc S continues to be very active online, writing a menacing, though anonymous, blog where he makes it very clear that he still actively participates in NIH activities and MO NI TORS lyme forums.

I was told by a highly respected member of the lyme community that to publicly engage mc s, as on a forum, would be dangerous to myself and others. the individual who told me this said they were not at liberty to go into further details. After reading the above links, I am begging you all, for your own sakes--DO NOT post any public reviews of this book at this point. We have seen that end badly for very good lyme activists.

Not much information in a reviews for this book by CDC researcher Ed McSweegan. Dr. MCSweegan writes a fictional account of biowarfare including harassment and discrediting of people who try and uncover the conspiracy by government and military officials involved in the deliberate release of a biowarfare agent on their own people and how they try and cover it up and confuse the public with misinformation.

I haven't read it so I can't make any comparisons or conclusions of fact verses fiction. Be the first to review it and post on Lyme forums! TG

I didn't believe what appeared to be conspiracy theories until our one (and only) State Lyme Disease Seminar in Sept 1999 in Hinkley. Our Keynote speaker had a conflict at the last minute so the seminar was scheduled for one week later, notices went out to partipants (who we all knew personally only. The weekend we were supposed to be there Hinkley water became contaminated with ecoli. "Mysteriously" an access door was left open on a water tower. With our weekend immune systems this would most likely have been fatal to some of us. Then we had a speaker who had personally called many members to say he could help who was booked to speak at our support group. A former board member contacted me and said he had spoken at a meeting for St Paul employees. When he got there his spiel was the "think method" of pain control, nothing at all new but then he diverged on how he was an honorary member of the biowarefare folks and how he felt so honored to be allowed to be with them, then he stole our sign in/email list roster. Worked like a charm about 80% of the participants never came back to a meeting.

Previously the Lyme Foundation founders well had been poisoned again mysteriously. This fellow was seen lurking at national events. Why you ask? Big money. When NY state could not reign in the Lyme Activists who kept the pressure up because that vaccine was based on a surface protein that caused severe incurable arthritis in at least 20% of all people the manufacturer pulled their World Headquarters planned for NY and put in MA.

I want my country, my vote and my freedom back.
