my god the pain
every part of my body hurts.....damn fibro, and of course I have to have the IBS with it. Started getting migraines. It is ragweed season, my allergies are killing me and I am damn near going to the er for a breathing treatment due to asthma. Stress and enviromental factors have flared my excema....fun. I am currently manic, but not in the fun way, am not sleeping, and to top it all off I have PMS! Thanks for listening to me rant......all I want to do is find some pot......but its dry. My next dr appt is not until the 12th of August. I am going to bed.....

1. not much i can say
except
my asthma is kicking up, too. it has never been that bad, just an occasional problem, usually with a cold. but i had a cold a couple months ago that seems to have set it off. i am having a regular nightly attack now, needing my inhaler, and/or an alavert, if i remember in time. i need to see the doc about this, but damn, i am sick of them.
this stuff does seem to be a big bundle of goodies. a rash there, an itch here, a blotch, a sore spot, a nap, an opportunity missed because i am just too tired to do it. always something.
i have been watching as slowly, slowly the itch on my cheek is turning a little pink, and a little swollen. a little butterfly-ish. i don't think anyone else can really see it, but i do. i really, really don't want to loose me face! i need it for my job!
what will it be next? argh.

so, sweetie. at least you are not alone.

3. It sounds like the "perfect storm".
I'm so sorry you have to go through this. Needless to say, I hope you get relief soon. Maybe once allergy season has passed, you'll fell a little better. I hope so.

4. PMS
Vitex is an awesome hormone balancer - I still take it for menopause, works like a charm. Sounds like your immune system needs some help with supplements and food. I would also avoid foods that trigger asthma - sadly that includes many things as you probably already know.

5. I've been researching adrenal failure, just got diagnosed
apparently for me it was from chronic pain. Take a look at this, there is some overlap between what you're describing and what I've had.

good luck, I totally understand.
