We're all doing well! Your namesake is the center of attention most nights in this house, as he has become "Daddy's Boy" and Andy's best friend. Oreo just went to the vet for her check-up. Other than a touch of arthritis (which she will take a baby aspirin for), she is doing exceptionally well for the now 21-year-old cat. And li'l Keith is as feisty as ever. :)

As for the state of the state, well - things could be better. I was in Madison yesterday, and saw lots and lots of "Recall Walker" bumperstickers around town. My congress-critter, Tammy Baldwin, is asking for an investigation on the "suddenly discovered" votes from Brookfield that put the conservative SC justice back in first place. The last I heard, they're still planning a recount. Personally, I'd like a recount of Russ Feingold's "defeat."

Oh, and Mama is coming to Madison the night before Easter. MAYBE, just maybe, I'll try to make it. :)

4. I saw her in Minneapolis Saturday night

I was there for Netroots. I'm going again to the Detroit show on August 20. I hate to say it, but John and Hal were funnier than Mama, but the whole show was great! I met them afterwards at the meet & grope and told Mama I was a member of the KOEB.
