than anything else. What really gets my goat is the attitude that teen age girls are so frail they can't possibly handle a place like Hooters without getting suicidal. 100 years ago, this was the reason women weren't allowed to vote.

Namely, that they will always be objectified by their society based on their bodies.

I'm glad Hooters wasn't around when I was in high school. If I'd had to eat there with a school group, I don't think I'd have committed suicide, but I might have died of embarrassment.

Of course, I've always had problems in life because of having outsized breasts, yet not fitting the "gorgeous bimbo" stereotype that's supposed to go with them.

Sorry I missed the meeting. Got a call from one of my favorite church members. She saw an ad about an Orange Cat, and gave me the number. I don't know if it's CC, but the cat is hanging out approximately 2 blocks away from where I lived. I talked to the sweetest old lady, who has been feeding 4 strays, and had her daughter build them a shelter to take care of them in the cold weather. God bless people like that!
