Anybody heard about this before? Did I just miss it? I thought he was taking over Norville slot at 9 not the 8 slot.

We MUST write them and tell them NO NO NO NO!! Even if they plan to bump Keef to 9 ... how much of the ratings share might he lose if they do that?

I could imagine them giving Carlson the 8 o'clock slot just long enough for Tweety's strong lead-in to introduce the new show to the public. The broadcast networks sometimes do that. However, the show is slated for the regular 9:00 position; otherwise, the network wouldn't have made a point to specify.

I'm sure the frantic e-mail reaction to Murdoch's latest mischief has reassured MSNBC of the SENSIBLENESS of their prior decision! :-)
