7. I think it was first used by another columnist to describe KO...

... but I'll have to do some research to see which one used it first.

The earliest instance I've come up with was in 2000, but it may have been before that.

10. I have been chuckling for about 30 minutes

Off and on since I read this, a thought from the blog creeps into my mind: ("I find it quite a show of hypochondria on your part that you absolutely refuse to find out the truth about Dr. Dobson’s comments." Sometimes they flat out stump you.) and I start snickering all over again.
