D-Q University Reopens and Vows to Rebuild Reputation
California's only tribal college reopened today after closing suddenly in January. D-Q University's new president says officials are rolling up their sleeves to fix funding and accreditation problems.

Art Apodaca came out of retirement to become D-Q's new president. He's one of the founding protesters who took over an unused military communications facility in 1970 and demanded that it become a college for Native Americans. <snip>
