"Congress Considers new derivatives market regulations


Treasury Sec. Geithner is reviewing the Obama administration’s proposal to regulate the over-the-counter derivatives market before a joint hearing of the House Agriculture & Financial Services Cmtes. The Obama proposal calls for increased documentation for all derivative dealers & traders."
