An internal investigation of sexual harassment allegations criticizes the judgment of Ohio Attorney General Marc Dann and recommends the firing of one of his top managers and discipline short of firing for two others.

The report issued Friday morning rebuked Dann for allowing a woman staffer to come to his Columbus apartment for drinks and pizza last September.

"It is clear that Attorney General Marc Dann exercised poor judgment," the report said.

The report is the result of an internal investigation conducted after two women in the attorney general's office filed sexual harassment complaints against Anthony Gutierrez, Dann's longtime friend and roommate whom he hired to run the general services section of the attorney general's office...
