How much should the DNC annually budget to the Young Democrats of America?

Simple poll.

The Young Democrats of America is the official youth arm of the Democratic Party (DNC). Membership is open to Democrats 18-35 and those not old enough to vote who plan to be Democrats.

State, local, college and high school chapters are chartered through not only the YDA but also through the official county and state party organization, is intended to produce young candidates and shoe leather for existing candidates by engaging the younger generation.

There is also the College Democrats of America, another great organization which is one and the same (merged/double chartered) in some areas, not in others (however they still cooperate and coordinate), but focuses only on campus Democrats. This organization, although equally worthy of funding, is not the topic of my poll.

I'm only looking for answers from people who feel confident in their opinion - and ideally know the dynamics of the issue...

That's why I included the low range where it is now (I believe the YDA gets $10K a year), and step ranges including the range proposed today by a DNC Vice Chair candidate in DC ($1 Million/Year - a 10,000% increase)

This is a serious poll and I'm not fishing for a specific vote, which explains why I have no votes in - that and 99% of those who are at the DNC are, well, at the DNC in DC right now...

But I figured before I head down tomorrow I'd poll any of us stragglers to see any input..
