Health care, education, equal rights, equitable taxation, fair trade and
a bilateral foreign policy are Democratic standards. I really don't think it's all that esoteric. And definitely not too "edgy" for most Americans. Sounds pretty mainstream to me.

My point is just that. These are accepted goals by a majority in America, already....we need to speak for them and for the life they live.

Additionally, we can lay the Iraq debacle clearly at the feet of the Bush administration. They bought it, they own it. And they are responsible to the American public for the costs.

Again, I think a majority of Americans see the Iraq war for what it is, shorn of patriotic spin and all. A tragedy.

Thanks.

2. Too many of you far left fringe, radical, loony, lefties here on DU
that is what we call sarcasm here in Texas. But I just thought I would go ahead and get it out in the open before all the "moderates", "centrists", and "pragmatists" arrive on the scene. You know, beat 'em to the punch.....

3. Education is
the key to helping or hurting the middle class we cannot afford to send our kids to college therefore they cannot get good jobs. It's the tie that binds the middle class,if we don't get help it's just like having slaves ie cheap labor.
