Exercise high.
I think I truly experienced it for the first time today when I rode my bike for about 45 minutes. Beautiful 78-degree day. Wildflowers and roadrunners. Cool breeze. And when I was finished, I felt both relaxed and euphoric. I've felt good after exercise before but never quite like this! :D

2. I'm feeling a bit high myself
though I'm not sure if it's because of some chemical reaction in my body due to exercise, or if I'm just so gosh-darned proud of myself.

either way, I like how it feels.

There's this period after a good workout when my mind is so lucid and everything just seems "okay". It's great! Tuesday I won a neighborhood poker game after running 2 miles. I beat out a table of 7 and I know the "high" had something to do with it. I played great and felt confident.
