I did 1.25 miles on the treadmill. Little slower today because of PMS. x(

5. Well, I get up at 5:30 so I can get out of work at 3, just for the gym.
Nothing much goes on from 3:30-4:30 anyway, so I go to the gym. I tried going before work, but that damned snooze button was too easy.

I just started back in the gym at the first of the year. I have tendencies to slack. We'll see how I'm doing in a few months. ;)

Lower body. I went up a little on the leg press and now I'm starting to get sore. It'll be worse tomorrow but I'll live, and it'll be upper body day. :)
