1/29/2008 workout
Wow! I was really dragging today.

Got out of bed late and decided to eat breakfast first since it was mealtime anyway. ....

But I did get my 1.25 mile in on the lunch hour instead. I would have felt worse for not keeping my commitment to myself. No one guilts me like I do!

I think it's the sweetbread I had yesterday. :-(

I took a cinnamon pull apart to a party on Sat and I still have some left over. So of course I ate a piece yesterday. Boy was it good! But, like I've posted in the weight loss group, I think wheat doesn't like me, typically I feel sluggish and depressive. And that's how I've felt today. ... again. x( But my afternoon will be better now.

Anyway, today has been a bit of a struggle, but I did do it!

How are you?

1. Yeah, I got a bit off track with my eating yesterday, too. I actually ate ice cream!
:wtf: and this, after I didn't even workout yesterday. Sigh.

Oh well, today was better, but I'm pretty tired now.

Here are my details:
50 whole minutes of cardio on stairmstr

20 min. @ program 9, level 8

30 min. @ program 9, level 7

Total calories burned: 818. :wow: I was sopping wet when I was done.

plus...
700 abs

30 min. lower body weight training.

:hi: You're doing great, supernova!! :yourock:

4. Dang, that's incredible!
:wow:

Hopefully I'll be at that level in 2... weeks.

(stuck on level 6 on my elliptical trainer right now... steady rate; though I change my tempo depending on the song played. Let';s just say "Magic"/"That's Good"/"Queen of Hearts" makes for a varied ratio...)

6. Yeah, I hear ya on the music. Seriously, I could NOT do it without tunes.
I've got an awesome playlist on my iPod....almost 5 hrs' worth. I use it when I go on long bike rides, too.

Keep it up, HT! :hi:
