...Oy, I've let myself get out of shape. I exercised faithfully all summer, then ran short of time at work (I work out at lunch) and fell off the wagon. It didn't help that my waistline didn't budge a bit, that dampens ye ole motivation, you know?
So, once my vacation is done I will be back. I finally have a handle on my eating habits and have at last realized where I always go wrong: once I get home I make up for lower calories at work. It's that simple and, well, emotional and stree eating is my downfall. At last, I have accepted that I cannot exercise the lbs away, I must be dedicated to lesser eating as well.
I will be tossing around a sandbag filled with 80 lbs of aquarium gravel in a week, with greater discipline and a food log. This will either help me trim some pounds or kill me in the process:
