Tomorrow is the new beginning.
Waking up at 5:30 to do my run - pushing myself forward with cardio and muscle exercises.

I've got what it takes, I am going to survive and prosper, and to start one needs a fit body.

It's time to grow up.

1. Go for it! I started trail running 2 years ago it took me 9 months to lose 40lb
now I weigh as much as I did in High school.

Over the years I have had a few false starts too, I would go to the gym or run for a month or two, get frustrated by the lack of progress and then I would end up back on the couch.

So don't let yourself get frustrated (I avoided the scale for the first 4 months for just that reason)don't make it about weight loss make it about a life change. I also highly recommend trail running if you have access. http://www.sportstartup.com/trail_running.html

2. I remind myself that one of the best ways to prepare for the future in today's America
is to get yourself in the best shape you possibly can.

Good luck & keep us posted on your progress.

:hi:
