Somebody please explain this fat/weight oddity
It's something I've noticed for a long time. When I get out of shape, I actually weight a few pounds less than I do when I'm in shape. In shape, I go 130-135; out of shape, around 125. Yes, I'm a skinny bugger.

3. That happens to me, too.
Muscle is heavier than fat. That is why I rarely use a scale, I go by how my clothes fit, instead.
