Tuesday, 10/10: I worked out today--did you?

I did 35 minutes on the elliptical and then went into the weight room for some upper body stuff (chest, shoulders, upper back, etc)

How did you all do?

1. I swam after work yesterday.

So I'm on track to swim three miles this week.
