Wednesday, June 27: I worked out today--did you?
:hi:

good morning!


Today I did 15 minutes on the StairMaster and 15 minutes on the Indoor Rowing Machine (Concept2)

then I went into the weight room and worked my arms, chest, shoulders and upper back.



How'd you all do today?

4. Taking today as my day off
Sat at the ballpark this afternoon for a rained out Tigers' game and it's muggy as all get out, even though the temperature dropped. I did walk about 20 minutes -- to and from my car to the ballpark.

My sister wastes more gas driving around the parking lot looking for a close space. It drives me insane!! Last time, when we got to the very end of the lot I told her, "Let me out here. I'll walk & you continue to drive around looking for a close space & we'll see who gets to the mall entrance first."
