Atb what point does tinging mean more than just poor toned muscle lying on nerves?
I haven't anything conclusive compared to when I had a disc pressing into my spine (such as constant foot dropping and tripping), but I do have periodic tingling for no rhyme nor reason that I could find.

Some joint problems in my fingers too.

I am estimating I am 20 pounds overweight and am working to eliminate the fat.

My lifestyle has been sedentary and with problems of posture in the past. Including the shoulders. I am starting exercise routines to work on the arms/upper body.

I'm probably fine and need to work harder, and I've seen some improvement compared to when I started the real nitty gritty a couple weeks ago. But still, I like to worry.

How much seems normal?

there is a difference. If you work out hard, you'll have muscle soreness. But that should subside over time.

If you're feeling something else, STOP! You may be doing the exercise wrong, you have an injury or you are inflaming an existing one. In that case, use lighter weights of don't work that body part until it feels better (and even then, start light).

I have burcitis in my left shoulder and for a while, I thought I could just "work it off". Not only did it not go away, I made it worse for yourself. Now I take it a bit slower when I work my chest and shoulders, but that's life.

I have just started again, as I hadn't the last couple of weeks.

I still can't fathom the leg weakness, but while we're supposed to get 10k steps per day I usually average 3000, so atrophy by now may be the cause.

Most of the weakness is in my calves and around the knee joint (not the joint itself). Some foot drooping of late has occurred, with both feet at different times.

I recall twisting a month ago and feeling something 'shift' in the middle of my spine. But as I haven't had any bladder control weakness, what's going on seems a different issue. I am somewhat obese and not exercising my legs has probably rendered them weakened to my weight over time; this seems the most logical explanation... but the area where I twisted is still in pain.

I also know that old MRIs revealed a lot of bulging lumbar discs; so I have to be careful how I set. That's likely relevant too, but with walking and time I know I will get better.

But if it gets worse over the next week I'm going to go in.
